Marinated Artichokes and Feta Cheese Sauce

1 pound of any curly pasta
1 jar (6oz) marinated artichoke hearts with liquid
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 scallions, finely chopped (trimmed of dark greens and roots)
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley
2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

While the pasta is cooking, chop the arichoke hearts and combine them with their liquid, the feta, olive oil, scallions and parsley in a mixing bowl.
Add mixture to your pasta
