Greek-Style Rub

Ingredients:
1 lemon – finely grate the rind
2 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp dried thyme
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Makes about 6 tbsp

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
Rub the meat 3-4 hours before cooking.
Refrigerate until needed.
