Lemon Tomato Sauce with Feta

1 pound curly pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 large tomatoes, stemmed and shopped
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tsp fresh oregano, chopped
OR 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
Juice of 1 lemon
6 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Makes 4 servings

While pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Add the garlic and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are bubbling.
Season with cayenne, salt and pepper.
Toss inn the chopped herbs and cook another minute.
Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Toss over pasta
