Pomegranate Molasses

4 Cups REAL Pomegranate juice (POM is best)
1 Cup White Sugar
Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Put all ingredients in a saucepan
Bring to a simmer
Simmer for 1/2 hour or until reduced by approx 1/2
If the Molasses is too thick you can add some warm water to it to achieve the desired consistency.
Let cool
