Texan-Style Rub

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ground mild chiles
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp mustard powder
1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp salt
*makes about 5 tbsp

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Rub mixture into meat, poultry or seafood just before cooking OR leave in frig for up to 24 hours.
Add salt to meat just before cooking if using maximum time.
